Services to Individuals
Coming to the UK
You may be a non-UK national on assignment or an individual returning to the UK following an overseas posting. Firstly you will need to consider your residence and domicile position in the UK as these will determine how you are taxed here. An early consideration of these matters is essential as it can be very difficult to retract statements made on arrival documentation once filed and tax saving opportunities could be lost.
Our services include assistance in completing the Inland Revenue arrival forms P86 and where necessary DOM 1. We will make it very clear from the entries made on the forms what the tax implications are for you.
Tax Returns
It is likely that as an expatriate you will need to file a Self Assessment Tax return. Our comprehensive, yet easy to follow questionnaires will help you collate all necessary information so that we can identify tax saving opportunities without the need to contact you unnecessarily. We will calculate your tax position and make it clear how, where and by when to file the return and pay or claim your tax.
Please contact Paul Robinson or Janet Maddock on 0208 893 9098 or email them at paul@rmctax.co.uk and janet@rmctax.co.uk for further information and a quote.
